Living.Kiosk is an interactive kiosk solution that informs customers and gives sales-orientated advice using an avatar. This innovative multimedia service means that communication can be performed fully automated, 24 hours a day.
The special features of the HoloPro™ projection screen make the avatars of the Living.Kiosk application appear especially ”real†and generate extra attention for the information presented.

A competent virtual customer advisor explains complex, product-specific connections. In this targeted consulting, the customer interacts with the character and can steer the presentation in the direction his interests lie. With Living.Kiosk, the dialogues, movements and appearance of the character are in real time and not - as in traditional video productions - pre-prepared.
Customer service in the most diverse of areas is supported according to specific demands.
Via a link to an appropriate database, the application can provide differentiated further product information in the food sector, for instance. Non-haptic products can be presented personally in the financial sector.
Interactive shop windows can be created with Living.Kiosk in combination with HoloPro™ and i-PrOS™.
